But in my defense, the spambots seem to be getting worse. Originally it was only about 30-40 a day, but now it's over 200. I'm away for a day or two and it always seems to balloon up to 400+ members, though we only get a few genuine new members a month.

There's a chance we may stop using this forum program and switch over to another one. The next one is going to have a member screening process that requires the user to actually type something in. I'm hoping this will solve the spambot problem, or at least cut down on the new bots attaching themselves to this forum.
